CAPE Systems Integration, an expert in digital transformation, has been named Mendix Certified Support Partner by Mendix.
This status is granted by Mendix to partners who have precisely the right people, know-how, tools and processes to manage Mendix applications at the highest level. It demonstrates to the clients of CAPE that they have a a certified support and management department they can rely on 24/7/365. This status proves that the CAPE organization has the right people and expertise to continue delivering added value even after finalizing a project. As part of the certification Mendix looks at the investments in support resources and the support infrastructure, such as ticketing systems and call center possibilities. In addition, partners are also assessed on their internal processes and procedures, such as incident, change and release management, reports on SLAs and customer satisfaction.
