We do not make use of automated decision-making based on personal data.
Google Analytics
We make use of Google Analytics. Google Analytics stores information on its servers in the United States. Google can supply this information to third parties if legally required to do so, or insofar these third parties process this data on behalf of Google. Googles states that it complies to the privacy laws applicable to the counties in which it operates.
We have taken measures to protect your Personal Data. We have a Data Processing Agreement with Google, and have configured Google Analytics to conform with the guideline of the Dutch Supervisory Authority. Among other things this means that the last quarter of your IP address is masked, and we have prohibited Google to use the collected information for other Google services. Protection of Personal Data
We make reasonable efforts to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk associated with the processing of Personal Data. We maintain organizational, technical and administrative measures designed to protect Personal Data within our organization against unauthorized access, destruction, loss, alteration or misuse. Our Information Security Management System is ISO 27001 certified. Your Personal Data is only accessible to a limited number of personnel who need access to the information to perform their duties. Unfortunately, no data transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
We store your Personal Data within the European Union. We ensure that our service providers do the same. In case your Personal Data is processed or stored in the United States of America, we ensure that our service provider is certified under the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework.
Personal Data we share
We may share your personal data with our service providers (for example our hosting providers). We make reasonable efforts to ensure that they have a level of security appropriate to the risk associated with the processing of personal data. We have a Data Processor Agreement with our service providers to ensure that their processing of your data is according to our instructions and within the bounds of the GDPR.
Your rights
You have the following rights with regards to your personal data of which we are the controller. In case we are not the controller of the data, please refer to the controller to exercise your rights. We will then work with your controller to ensure your rights are respected.
- The right to request access to your personal data;
- The right to request to rectify your personal data;
- The right to request to erase your personal data;
- The right to request restriction of processing of your personal data;
- The right to object to processing of your personal data;
- The right to data portability;
- In case the legal basis of processing of your personal data is consent, the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of this processing before the withdrawal;
- The right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

We take each request seriously. We will comply with your request to the extent required by applicable law. The rules around privacy and personal data as well as our use of personal data may change in the future. We therefore reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Statement. Please check this statement regularly.
