At CAPE Group we develop applications and integrations for organizations in transport & logistics, supply chain, smart construction and agrifood. We do this based on low code technology (Mendix and eMagiz). A modeling platform that is on the rise because of the speed of realizing a well-functioning solution and the flexibility it offers organizations for the future. More and more (large) companies rely on low-code when developing their core systems. At PostNL, for example, 1,5 million parcels per day are handled by low-code applications. We as the CAPE Group contribute to this!

As a consultant at CAPE Groep, you work on customer projects and you build the solutions yourself, together with your team. We work according to our own CAPE method (based on Scrum/Agile), in which you can take on different project roles and are in close contact with the customer. The main pillars of digital transformation are: Man, Methodology en Technology. In these areas we provide training for our consultants in our Academy, so that your knowledge is always up-to-date. We also organize knowledge sessions and we have 'Competence Centers' that provide the latest technological developments.

With an average age of 31, our organization is young. However, there is more than enough seniority and expertise available. This allows you to always grow in the direction you want to go at CAPE.
